Houlihan Lokey Advises American Tower

The acquisition of DataSite by American Tower, one of the largest global providers of multitenant communications real estate, is expected to complement the company’s existing edge and interconnect data center facilities in the region, while advancing its platform expansion strategy.

Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to American Tower and assisted in sourcing, structuring, and negotiating the transaction on behalf of the company.
