Houlihan Lokey Advises AMQ Solutions

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce the acquisition of AMQ Solutions (AMQ) and certain assets of an affiliated company by Steelcase Inc. (NYSE:SCS). The transaction closed on December 27, 2017.

AMQ is a California-based provider of height-adjustable desking, benching, and seating for workstations in open plan, collaborative environments and training rooms. AMQ has met the growing demand for fast, contemporary spaces by offering an innovative five-day shipping program on all products. AMQ sells its products through an extensive network of dealers and sales representatives.
