Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce the successful placement of a Senior Secured Credit Facility for Ascent Aviation Services, LLC (Ascent) to support growth. The transaction closed on March 30, 2023.

Founded in 2009 and based in Tucson, Arizona, Ascent is a leading independent commercial aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul solutions provider. Ascent provides fully integrated aviation maintenance, line maintenance, storage, and reclamation services. The company has the ability to service nearly all wide-body, narrow-body, and regional aircraft for all customer types, including airlines, leasing companies, OEMs, aftermarket suppliers, and cargo operators.

Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group served as the exclusive placement agent to Ascent, assisting the company in successfully arranging, structuring, and negotiating the financing, despite volatile macroeconomic and credit market conditions.
