Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Avtec Inc. has been acquired by Motorola Solutions (NYSE:MSI). The transaction closed on March 11, 2019.

Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to Avtec. This transaction extends Houlihan Lokey’s advisory track record in communications software, unified communications as a service (UCaaS), and customer engagement following the recent sales of ForeSee Results, Inc., to Verint Systems, Inc., Broadview Networks, Inc., to Windstream Holdings, LLC, and Calabrio, Inc., to KKR.
