Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that the founder and the managing shareholder have sold AZ.WORLDCOM JAPAN CO., LTD. (AZW) to Enjin Co., Ltd. (Enjin).

AZW is a PR company with a wealth of experience in global PR and is the Japanese representative of The WORLDCOM Group, a global network of independent PR consultants with 132 offices in 115 cities and 49 countries around the world. AZW enjoys a strong advantage in servicing Japanese and global companies as well as government agencies through both domestic and international media outlets.

Enjin is a PR company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Growth Market Index and mainly serves small, mid-sized companies, and medical institutions and provides platform services that connect clients with the media and decision-makers.

Enjin has acquired shares of AZW to strengthen its existing services, expand business reach, and capture new demand through synergies created between AZW's unique strengths, including PR strategy planning, risk management, and global PR facilities and Enjin’s sales capabilities, know-how, and management resources.
