Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce the sale of Brek Manufacturing (Brek) to Aernnova Aerospace S.A. (Aernnova). Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisor to Brek. The transaction closed on April 6, 2017.

Brek is a leading manufacturer of precision machined parts, structural components, and complex assemblies for the commercial aerospace, defense, and space end markets. Brek has developed a diverse set of machining equipment and capabilities, including some of the widest multi-spindle gantries in the world, and is capable of machining aluminum structural parts up to 80 feet long. The company has established, growing positions on many of the most sought-after aerospace platforms, including B-737 MAX, B-777X, JSF, F-18, E-2D, F-15, P-8, V-22, and the Falcon-9 rocket. Located in Gardena, California, Brek operates on approximately 180,000 square feet of facility space.
