Houlihan Lokey Advises BridgingIT Gruppe

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that BridgingIT Gruppe (BridgingIT) has sold a majority stake to SPIE. The transaction was completed on 29 September 2023.

BridgingIT is an established digital transformation consultancy with numerous high-profile blue-chip customers across eight industries. The company’s end-to-end and full-service portfolio spans IT consulting, software engineering through analytics and UX design solutions, and managed services, covering the entire value chain. Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Mannheim, Germany, BridgingIT employs about 700 highly qualified employees across 10 locations in Germany.

Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to BridgingIT and assisted management and shareholders throughout the transaction, including preparing marketing materials and the business plan, due diligence, process coordination, and transaction negotiation.
