Houlihan Lokey Advises Broadview Networks

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Broadview Networks Holdings, Inc., (Broadview Networks) has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Windstream. The transaction was signed on April 12, 2017.

Headquartered in Rye Brook, New York, Broadview Networks provides the leading cloud-based unified communication services (UCaaS) and information technology solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) and enterprise customers nationwide. Broadview's platform enables customers with a comprehensive array of cloud-based communications and IT products and services, including hosted UCaaS, virtual and dedicated servers or infrastructure as a service (IaaS), software as a service (SaaS), circuit-switched and IP-based voice and data communications services, as well as value-added products and professional IT services.

Windstream is a leading provider of advanced network communications and technology solutions for consumers, businesses, enterprise organizations, and wholesale customers across the United States. Windstream provides data, cloud solutions, unified communications, and managed services to four core customer groups: ILEC consumer and small business, wholesale, enterprise, and CLEC consumer and small business. This transaction will expand the capabilities of Windstream's UCaaS solutions as well as extend the reach of their four core customer groups.
