Houlihan Lokey Advises Capvis

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Capvis has invested in the Hamburg-based company AdEx Partners, a highly regarded digital transformation and IT strategy consultancy firm in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. The transaction closed on 31 December 2022.

Capvis is a Swiss private equity investor focused on acquiring majority stakes in leading medium-sized technological firms in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Since 1990, Capvis has completed 62 transactions, representing a total investment of c. €4 billion.

AdEx Partners is a high-end digital transformation and IT strategy consultancy firm, delivering i.a. ERP and IT transformation as well as architecture transformation solutions. It serves a blue-chip enterprise customer base from five locations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
