This combination will broaden Experian’s capabilities within its Employer Services line of business, combining with its previous acquisitions of Corporate Cost Control, Tax Credit Co., and Emptech.

CIC Plus, based in Skokie, Illinois, is a market-leading provider of employer compliance management solutions that minimize compliance risk and improve HR and payroll efficiency for employers with large and complex employee bases. CIC Plus’ solutions include ACA reporting; year-end tax statements; custom pay statements; I-9 management; customizable HR, payroll, and company forms; and tax withholding forms that are kept up to date with ever-changing compliance regulations and seamlessly integrate with core HR solutions such as Workday, Cornerstone, ServiceNow, and Oracle. By providing HR professionals with the confidence that their compliance needs are being met, CIC Plus enables its customers to limit risk, exposure, and costs while focusing their efforts on core competencies that drive their businesses forward.
