Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Crealis S.p.A., a portfolio company of Cobepa, has successfully raised incremental debt facilities from a pool of leading banks and credit funds to support growth and pursue its strategic initiatives, including the recent acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the following three Portuguese companies: (i) Woodcap Indústria de Capsulas de Madeira, (ii) Manuel Firinho & Filhos, and (iii) Jesus Couto & Pereira.
