Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Quonix Solutions, LLC (Data102) has been acquired by ColoHouse. The transaction closed on October 19, 2021, and was announced on November 9, 2021.

Data102 is a leading regional, carrier-neutral data center services provider with a wide portfolio of high-tier services, colocation, IaaS, bandwidth, and a strong portfolio of cloud and voice services. The company operates under the brands Data102 and Turnkey Internet and has three facilities located in Colorado Springs, Philadelphia, and Albany. Data102 serves as home to many local, regional, and national carriers, alongside a wide array of small, medium, and enterprise customers.

ColoHouse is a worldwide retail colocation, cloud, and managed services provider with 26 locations in 21 cities in North America, Europe, and Asia. It offers a full suite of colocation, cloud, and managed services, giving customers the flexibility to customize their IT infrastructure needs to meet their business objectives. ColoHouse focuses on delivering quality infrastructure, services, and support, giving their customers the ability to allocate more resources toward their core businesses.

The acquisition expands the ColoHouse portfolio by three locations and over 300 colocation customers in Albany, New York, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Colorado Springs, Colorado. In addition, Turnkey Internet, a leading provider of bare metal and services, will add another 1,500 customers to the ColoHouse base, fortifying the company’s bare metal capabilities.

Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to Data102 and assisted in structuring and negotiating the transaction. This deal reinforces Houlihan Lokey’s depth of expertise in the data center industry and ability to maintain long-standing relationships with companies across the telecom ecosystem.
