Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that EB Airfoils has been acquired by StandardAero, a portfolio company of Carlyle. The transaction closed on May 12, 2022.
Headquartered in Palm City, Florida, EB Airfoils is a leader in the repair and overhaul of fan and compressor blades for aero-engine and aero-engine derivative platforms. The company is one of the few independent suppliers that holds OEM source approvals or source demonstration for the repair and overhaul of those turbine engine components. The company’s decades of experience and vertically integrated repair capabilities, combined with its reputation for quality and customer service, has allowed it to establish relationships with leading OEMs, airlines, MRO providers, and military bases.
StandardAero is one of the world's largest independent providers of services, including engine and airframe maintenance, repair and overhaul, engine component repair, engineering services, interior completions, and paint applications.
