Houlihan Lokey Advises Emergent Space Technologies

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Emergent Space Technologies, Inc. (Emergent) has been acquired by York Space Systems (York), a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners. The transaction details were not disclosed.
