Houlihan Lokey Advises Ergon Capital Partners (1)

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Ergon Capital Partners IV has held a final close significantly exceeding its target of €500 million. The transaction closed on March 27, 2019.

Houlihan Lokey served as the global placement agent to Ergon Capital Partners.

The new fund, Ergon Capital Partners' first institutional fundraise, will continue the firm's successful strategy of making buyout investments in attractive mid-market companies primarily in the niche industrials, healthcare, retail/consumer goods/luxury and media, services and leisure sectors, located in the Benelux, France, Germany, Italy, and the Iberian Peninsula.

Ergon Capital Partners operates from offices in Brussels, Paris, Munich, Madrid, and Milan with more than €1.0 billion of funds under management. Since inception in 2005, Ergon Capital Partners has invested in 20 companies and completed 41 add-on transactions for total aggregate transaction value in excess of €3.5 billion.
