Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that EveryAction, Inc., has received a significant growth investment from Insight Venture Partners. The transaction closed on August 20, 2018.

The equity investment will provide capital to accelerate EveryAction's organic growth and acquisition strategy.

Founded in 1995, Insight has raised more than $23 billion and invested in over 300 companies, as well as more than 200 M&A transactions for their portfolio companies. In conjunction with the EveryAction investment, Insight Managing Director Deven Parekh and Managing Director Anika Agarwal will chair and join the board, respectively.

Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to EveryAction, Inc. and assisted in structuring and negotiating the transaction on its behalf.
