Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that ExploreUSA RV Supercenter (ExploreUSA) has been acquired by RV Retailer, LLC. The transaction closed on November 2, 2018.

ExploreUSA was founded in 2000 by CEO Scott Chaney and President Brian Booker. The company operates nine recreational vehicle (RV) dealerships in the Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio, Houston, and Austin markets in Texas and is the No. 2 volume RV dealer in the state. ExploreUSA sells new and used towable RVs, in addition to providing services, parts, and financial services to its customers. The Company has earned a reputation for being one of the premier RV dealerships in the state of Texas.

RV Retailer was founded in 2018 to create a leading recreational vehicle retail company in the United States with a focus on providing an outstanding experience for RV customers in new and used sales, service, parts, and customer financial services. RV Retailer's capital partner is Redwood Capital Investments. RV Retailer is led by Jon Ferrando, CEO and President, and John Rizzo, CFO and Treasurer. Both Mr. Ferrando and Mr. Rizzo were instrumental in building America's largest automotive retailer from a startup to more than $20 billion in revenue, and collectively have over 25 years of experience in automotive retail.
