Houlihan Lokey Advises FGL Holdings

We served as financial advisor to the special committee of the board of directors of FGL Holdings, a provider of annuity and life insurance products, in connection with its $2.7 billion cash and stock sale to approximately 8% stockholder Fidelity National Financial, Inc. The purchase price reflected a nearly 25% premium to FGL Holdings’ three-day VWAP prior to announcement of the transaction.
