Houlihan Lokey Advises FusionPKG
Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that FusionPKG, a leader in turnkey solutions for the beauty industry, has been acquired by AptarGroup, Inc.
FusionPKG, founded in 2004 by Jonathan Gross and Derek Harvey, is a leader in high quality, prestige airless and color cosmetics packaging, and conception-to-launch turnkey solutions for the North American beauty industry. FusionPKG has existing relationships with many global cosmetic and skincare customers as well as many rapidly growing indie brands. FusionPKG employs approximately 100 people across its headquarters in Dallas, sales and design offices in New York and Los Angeles, and operations in New Jersey and China. The transaction, which is expected to be accretive to Aptar’s Beauty + Home segment margins, is subject to customary closing conditions.

This transaction underscores Houlihan Lokey’s deep expertise in the beauty and personal care sector, following recent deals with HCT Group, Accupac, and Cosmetic Essence Innovations. The transaction also strengthens the firm's track record working with the beauty industry’s most innovative and value-added manufacturing, formulation, and turnkey solutions providers.
Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to FusionPKG and assisted in structuring and negotiating the transaction on its behalf.
