Houlihan Lokey Advises Global Industrial Services

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce the sale of Global Industrial Services (Global) to Pritchard Industries (Pritchard). The transaction closed on December 14, 2020.

Founded in 1991 and based on Long Island in Syosset, New York, Global Industrial Services is one of the largest family-owned facilities management companies in the Northeastern U.S. Utilizing a primarily self-perform model, Global offers a diverse mix of essential interior and exterior facility services, including janitorial, snow removal and ice management, and landscaping services. Pritchard Industries is a leading provider of facilities services, delivering a wide range of janitorial and specialty services to approximately 300 million square feet of commercial office buildings, education and government facilities, sports and entertainment venues, medical complexes, and industrial facilities.
