Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Globe Composite Solutions, Ltd. (Globe) has been acquired by ESCO Technologies Inc. (NYSE:ESE). The transaction closed on July 2, 2019.

Globe Composite Solutions is a well-established and vertically integrated supplier of mission-critical composite-based solutions for naval, defense, and industrial customers. The company possesses design, material development, and production expertise to develop composite-based products for acoustic, signature-reduction, communication, sealing, vibration-reducing, surface control, and hydrodynamic-related applications. Among its primary programs, Globe is a critical supplier of more than 140 different parts on the Virginia and Columbia class submarines, including special hull treatments (SHT), large aperture bow (LAB) array acoustic panels, missile hatch gaskets, transducer covers, propulsor fairings, and propeller shaft snubbers.
