Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that ReedGroup, an expert in leave management solutions and a subsidiary of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian), has been acquired by Alight Inc. (NYSE:ALIT), a leading cloud-based human capital and technology services provider. The transaction was announced on December 6, 2022.
