Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Intouch Group®, a full-service global agency network serving the pharmaceutical industry, has completed its acquisition by EVERSANA™, the pioneer of next generation commercial services to the global life sciences industry. The transaction closed on December 16, 2021.

This deal highlights Houlihan Lokey’s leading experience in the pharma services space and represents the firm’s 12th transaction in this sector since 2019.
