Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that L3Harris Technologies, Inc., has divested its EOTech business unit to American Holoptics, an affiliate of Koucar Management. The transaction closed on July 31, 2020.

EOTech is a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge, mission-critical holographic sighting systems, magnified field optics, and accessories for militaries, law enforcement agencies, hunters, and recreational shooters. With annual revenues of approximately $60 million, the company serves as an established, trusted, and well-recognized global military and consumer supplier known for functionality, durability, quality, and innovative design for tactical optics devices. EOTech is headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
