Houlihan Lokey Advises Laces Group

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Laces Group, Inc., (Laces), a portfolio company of Novacap, has been acquired by ONCAP and the management team. The transaction closed on December 27, 2017.

This represents another successful transaction for Houlihan Lokey in the home decor and furnishings category, marking its fourth transaction in the space over the last 12 months.

Laces, founded in 1926 and based in Montreal, Canada, is a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of a wide variety of bath accessories and home products. Laces products are carried by leading national retailers in the mass, DIY, specialty, and e-commerce channels across North America.
