Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Lemonati LLC has acquired Mighty Swell. The transaction closed 28 July 2023.

Lemonati is the beverage alcohol division of a major international company, recognized globally for its expertise in developing and manufacturing citrus flavors, organic flavors, beverage flavors, essential citrus oils, and other flavors that are applicable across a wide variety of finished food, beverage, and consumer products.

Mighty Swell produces spiked seltzers that hail from Austin, Texas, where weirdness and realness unite. Wild, weird, and a bit defiant, Mighty Swell prides itself on producing innovative, bold flavors. Mighty Swell offers different variety packs made with all-natural ingredients. Each 12-ounce can is certified gluten-free, OU Kosher, vegan-friendly, and low-carb from real fruit juice.

Houlihan Lokey served as the financial advisor to Lemonati and assisted in structuring and negotiating the transaction on its behalf.
