Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that March Networks, a wholly owned subsidiary of Infinova (Canada) Ltd., has been acquired by Delta Electronics, Inc. (TWSE:2308), in a transaction valued at $114 million. The transaction closed on December 1, 2021.
