Houlihan Lokey Advises Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Mid-Atlantic Dental Partners (MADP), a portfolio company of S.C. Goldman & Company, LLC, has been acquired by Sonrava Health (Sonrava).

Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Plano, Texas, MADP is one of the largest dental support organizations nationally with 215 offices in 17 states. MADP was founded on the principle that high-quality dental care requires a three-way partnership between the patient, the dentist, and their support organization. Since its inception, MADP has expanded consistently while investing significantly in state-of-the-art equipment, technology, and systems to support its affiliated offices. As part of the transaction, the MADP ownership group, led by S.C. Goldman & Company, LLC, will receive a combination of cash and stock in the Sonrava parent company.

Sonrava is a national family of health and wellness companies, including differentiated dental office brands, dental and vision benefit plans, provider networks, and consumer products and services—all focused on quality, value, and innovation that is built on a platform of unique and efficient technology. With Sonrava’s existing DSO brands (Western Dental & Orthodontics, Brident Dental & Orthodontics, and Vital Smiles), the combination is a coast-to-coast, border-to-border organization with 572 offices in attractive markets in 20 states from California to Delaware and from Michigan to Texas, supporting care for approximately 3 million patient visits annually. In addition to general dentistry, Sonrava practices provide pediatric dentistry, orthodontics (including clear aligners), oral surgery, periodontics, and endodontics services, creating a convenient full-service “dental home” with high-quality dental implants and overdentures.
