(Daimay). The transaction closed on July 10, 2018.

Motus Visors is the leading supplier of highly engineered visors within the North American and European markets. Motus Visors is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and distribution of vehicle automotive sun visors and offers a variety of unlit, illuminated, and auxiliary coverage automotive sun visors to the global vehicle market, including both fabric and PVC-covered visors. Motus Visors has facilities in Creutzwald, France, as well as Ramos Arizpe, Mexico, and serves major automotive original equipment manufacturers including Daimler, Volkswagen, BMW, Ford, Honda, and others.

Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, Atlas Holdings is an investment firm and diversified group of 17 manufacturing and distribution businesses in the automotive, building materials, business services and solutions, construction, energy, industrial services, metals, packaging, pulp, paper, and logistics industries.

Based in Shanghai, China, Daimay supplies sun visors, seats and headrests, steering wheels, and roof consoles through manufacturing facilities in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Tianjin with sales and service networks in the United States, Germany, South Korea, and others. Key customers include GM, Ford, Chrysler, Volkswagen, PSA, Mitsubishi Fuso, as well as Chinese automakers including SAIC, FAW, Dongfeng, Chery, and Great Wall.
