Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Mr. Christmas has sold a minority stake to Sachs Capital.

Since its establishment in 1933, the Mr. Christmas family of brands has expanded to include incremental holidays and seasons, including Mr. Halloween, Mr. Cottontail, Miss Valentine, and other branded occasions. The company has differentiated itself in the seasonal category by creating a powerful brand name through constant innovation, utilizing its patents and unique technology to offer superior holiday products. Mr. Christmas’ 500+ products can be found at a variety of brick-and-mortar stores and online in the United States.

Founded in 2007 by Andrew Sachs, Sachs Capital is a financial partner that offers flexible, noncontrol, long-term capital to successful entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses.
