Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce National Concrete Accessories, Inc. (NCA), a portfolio company of Nova Capital Management (Nova), has been acquired by White Cap Supply Canada, Inc. (White Cap). The transaction closed on July 27, 2021.

NCA is a leading distributor of concrete accessories and forming hardware throughout six Canadian provinces for a variety of end markets, including commercial, institutional, industrial, and infrastructure. NCA provides specialty concrete accessories and forming hardware for professional contractors to support the construction, maintenance, and repair of concrete structures.

Headquartered in Chicago, Nova Capital Management is a leading asset manager specializing in corporate or financial sponsor portfolio buyouts regardless of transactional complexity, geography, and sector focus. The Nova Capital team seeks control positions, bringing senior operating partners and investment professionals together with strong management teams to unlock value and drive transformational business plans.

White Cap in Canada is composed of Brafasco and Brock White Canada. Brafasco offers specialty fasteners, safety supplies, and tools to manufacturing, construction, and trade customers, and Brock White Canada (BWC) is a professional-grade building and construction materials distributor. Combined, Brafasco and Brock White Canada have approximately 60 locations spanning eight Canadian provinces coast to coast. The integration of BWC and Brafasco in Canada is ongoing. White Cap Supply Holdings, LLC, the owner of White Cap Supply Canada, in total operates 400 branches across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 7,500 employees and offers more than 460,000 SKUs to 265,000 customers.
