Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce the successful placement of a senior secured credit facility for NEWSCYCLE Solutions, Inc. (NEWSCYCLE), a portfolio company of Vista Equity Partners (Vista). Proceeds from the financing were used to refinance existing indebtedness, finance two add-on acquisitions, and pay related fees and expenses. The financing transaction closed on December 29, 2017.
