Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Pamplona Capital Management (Pamplona) has successfully closed the acquisition of Signature Foods. Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financing advisor to Pamplona on this transaction and successfully raised a financing package of €490 million.

Pamplona is a London- and New York-based specialist investment manager that provides an alternative investment platform across private equity and other funds.

Signature Foods is a leading provider of a wide range of chilled foods in the Polish and Benelux region. The group’s portfolio comprises well-known brands within several key sectors, such as (i) spreads and dips (Johma, Delio, Heks’nkaas), (ii) meal solutions (Westland, Maga), and (iii) bites (Topking). The group also has a robust international private label offering via discounters and other retailers across its jurisdictions.
