Houlihan Lokey Advises PCA Skin

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce the sale of PCA Skin, a portfolio company of Norwest Venture Partners, to Colgate-Palmolive Company (Colgate-Palmolive) (NYSE:CL). The transaction closed on January 4, 2018.

PCA Skin is a leader in medical-grade in-office and take-home skin care products with strong support from dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aestheticians. Founded in 1990 by an aesthetician and developed by a dermatologist, PCA Skin is the innovator of the modified and enhanced Jessner’s peel, with a wide range of treatment options for all skin types, ethnicities, and conditions. Over one million PCA Skin peels are performed globally each year.

This deal represents another successful transaction for Houlihan Lokey’s Beauty & Wellness practice, following the sale of Mineral Fusion to BWX Limited last year.
