Houlihan Lokey Advises ReMed Recovery Care Centers

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that ReMed Recovery Care Centers (ReMed), a portfolio company of Bregal Partners, has been acquired by Baird Capital. The transaction closed on February 2, 2018.

ReMed is a top five national provider of treatment for individuals with traumatic brain injuries (TBI) and number one in the mid-Atlantic market.

Headquartered in Paoli, Pennsylvania, ReMed was founded in 1984 under the single premise that individuals with brain injury have the potential to return to a life that is meaningful and productive. ReMed’s extensive continuum of care allows access at varying levels and stages of recovery, whether the injury is mild, moderate, or severe. ReMed’s treatment philosophy has since become a standard of care for post-acute brain injury treatment. Today, ReMed serves more than 300 individuals in the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Louisiana in short-term, long-term, and outpatient programs.
