We served as financial advisor to the special committee of Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT II, Inc. (Resource REIT II), a public, nontraded multifamily apartment REIT in connection with a series of transactions pursuant to which Resource REIT II acquired affiliates Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT I, Inc., and Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT III, Inc., forming a $3 billion internally managed platform with 51 apartment communities.
