Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce the successful sale of LP Network, Inc. (dba Security Source) to Pavion Corp., a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners. The transaction closed on March 31, 2023.

The company offers technical service, installation, support and maintenance for video surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
