Houlihan Lokey Advises Sonny's Holdings

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Sonny’s Holdings (Sonny’s), a portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners, has been acquired by Genstar Capital. The transaction closed on August 5, 2020.
