Houlihan Lokey Advises Stirling Square
Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Stirling Square Capital Partners (Stirling Square) has acquired Infobric, a portfolio company of Summa Equity. Financial terms of the transaction, which is subject to customary regulatory approvals, are not being disclosed. The transaction was completed on 12 September 2023.

Infobric, headquartered in Sweden with operations across the Nordics and the United Kingdom, provides end-to-end construction software products supporting the digitalization of the construction industry. With a suite of SaaS solutions, Infobric enables its customers to manage site safety, machinery and equipment, contracts, and workers and provides efficient sharing of resources and workforce optimization.
Summa Equity will reinvest alongside Stirling Square and Infobric’s management team as a minority investor.
Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to Stirling Square. The transaction further enhances Houlihan Lokey’s extensive track record and deep expertise across the construction software sector.
