Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce the successful placement of a $70 million senior secured credit facility to support the acquisition of LoanLogics, Inc., by an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. The transaction closed on July 1, 2021.

Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group served as exclusive placement agent to an affiliate of Sun Capital, assisting in arranging, structuring, and negotiating the financing. Under an extremely tight timeline, Houlihan Lokey secured an attractive financing package that optimized the amount of debt capital at closing while providing LoanLogics with ample covenant flexibility to operate the business going forward. This represents the second transaction that the Capital Markets Group has closed for a Sun Capital affiliate in the past 12 months, highlighting Houlihan Lokey’s deep relationships with financial sponsors and ability to optimize financing outcomes on an accelerated timetable.
