Houlihan Lokey Advises Sunraysia Solar Farm

Houlihan Lokey advised Sunraysia Solar Farm (SSF) on developing and executing a capital structure solution that offered flexibility to manage construction delays and cash flow constraints. Houlihan Lokey led negotiations with the A$223 million senior syndicate, the sponsors, EPC contractor, PPA counterparties, and market regulators. SSF was delivered a two-year tenor extension with amortization and covenant waivers, plus an additional contingent funding instrument.
