Houlihan Lokey Advises Technology & Strategy

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Technology & Strategy (T&S), a portfolio company of Ardian, has acquired Intys. The deal was signed on 16 March 2022 and closed on 6 April 2022. The transaction value is undisclosed.

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in France, T&S specialises in engineering and IT consulting as well as digital services and project management with recognised historical expertise in embedded systems.

T&S serves blue-chip customers in various end markets across 19 offices in Europe and employs 2,400 people. The group generated €185 million in revenues in 2021.

A leading, fast-growing, Belgium-based management and technology consulting firm founded in 2007, Intys generated over €50 million in revenues in 2021. Intys provides a multi-specialised consulting offering with business expertise in supply chain, procurement, BPO, and finance across offices in Belgium, France, and Luxembourg and employs 400 people.

The acquisition of Intys will enable T&S to broaden its consulting expertise, including supply chain and finance, and will strengthen its footprint in Belgium.

Founded in Paris in 1996, Ardian is an international leading private investment house, with more than $110 billion under management with extensive investments across EMEA and North America.

Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to T&S and its shareholders and assisted in initiating, structuring, and negotiating all aspects of the transaction. This deal represents another successful transaction for Houlihan Lokey in the IT and management consulting services space.
