We served as financial advisor to the special committee of the board of directors of Standard Diversified Inc., a publicly traded conglomerate with a ∼50% interest in publicly traded Turning Point Brands, Inc., and a dual-class stock structure in connection with its “downstream merger” transaction with Turning Point Brands.
