ASH Ventures, led by Andy Heyman, is an investment firm focused on making investments in private, technology-enabled businesses. ASH focuses on the long-term value of businesses without a predetermined exit strategy.

Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor and assisted in structuring and negotiating the transaction on behalf of Tin Roof Software.
