Founded in 1952, the company is headquartered in Lienz, Austria. Komet evolved into one of the leading international suppliers of agricultural irrigation components. The company serves local growers around the globe with its innovative product portfolio, consisting of high-quality sprinklers, regulators, and big-volume guns. With its products, the company aims to increase water efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and increase crop yield.

Together with Trill Impact, the management team and its employees plan to further expand the international sales footprint to enter new markets and continuously invest in innovation to introduce new products. In addition, further professionalization of the organization, including additional expansion of the talent base and increasing brand awareness, will be supported by Trill Impact. The existing management team continues to guide the development of the company.
