Houlihan Lokey Advises Ungerer & Company
Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Ungerer & Company (Ungerer) has been acquired by Givaudan SA (Givaudan). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction closed on February 20, 2020.
This deal represents another successful transaction for Houlihan Lokey in the food and beverage industry.
