Houlihan Lokey Advises Unit4

Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Unit4 Wholesale B.V., a portfolio company of Advent International, has been acquired by Kerridge Commercial Systems.

Houlihan Lokey served as the sole financial advisor to the seller and assisted in preparing the carve-outs of the three businesses from Unit4, structuring the transactions, reaching out to an international field of potential buyers, and negotiating each deal.

Unit4 Wholesale, which has been sold to Kerridge Commercial Systems, is a leading vertical software provider to the Dutch SME wholesale market, covering the full wholesale operational lifecycle. It is a widely recognised and well-respected brand in the Dutch market, with more than 350 wholesale customers. Unit4 Wholesale offers a suite of business-critical solutions for the wholesale segment.
