Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that VTI Ventil Technik GmbH (VTI), a manufacturer of valves and regulators in the high-pressure segment and a subsidiary of the Amsterdam-listed industrial technology company Aalberts N.V. (Aalberts), has been acquired by PINOVA Capital GmbH (PINOVA) and co-investor NRW.BANK.

Headquartered in Menden, Germany, VTI is a globally leading manufacturer of valves and regulators in the high-pressure space. Complying with the highest certification standards, VTI is one of the few suppliers worldwide that offers deep application expertise in mission-critical environments with the ability to tailor to specific customer needs.
