Houlihan Lokey Advises Winchannel
Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Winchannel, S.L., has sold a 75% stake to Caher Servicios al Marketing, S.A. (Caher).
Founded in 2004, Winchannel is a leading company in the provision of marketing services for the technology and consumer electronics sectors in Spain and Portugal. Over the years, the firm has established itself as one of the reference suppliers to clients such as HP, LG, Amazon, and Google, offering a wide range of comprehensive and added value services. Some of its services comprise the definition and execution of demand-generation campaigns for technological conglomerates within the B2B segment (connectivity solutions, servers, cybersecurity, e-commerce, cloud hosting) and the management of points of sale for the consumer electronics sector, among others.
Caher is Spain's leading provider of field marketing services, focusing on the outsourcing of sales networks and the comprehensive management of points of sale for multinational companies within the food and beverage, consumer, cosmetics, and toys sectors. The company has a blue-chip customer base featuring clients such as Danone, Heineken, Procter & Gamble, and L'Oréal, among others.
With its acquisition of Winchannel, Caher aims to become the leader in the supply of field marketing services in the Iberian Peninsula. It will allow the company to expand its technological leadership, complement its range of services, and continue to diversify its customer base, which is currently composed of more than 50 top-tier customers—thanks to the integration of Winchannel's clients and the lack of client overlap.
