Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that Xalient Holdings Ltd., a UK-based provider of global networking and cybersecurity services, has sold a majority stake to Volpi Capital.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Leeds, England, Xalient provides networking and cybersecurity services and solutions to enterprise-level customers in the UK, Europe, and North America. Xalient’s offering encompasses highly sophisticated, cutting-edge SD-WAN and security technologies and consultancy, supported by a full managed service capability and proprietary software. With Volpi as a partner, Xalient will focus on continuing to grow internationally and expanding its product portfolio, including via M&A.
